    THE IDEA

    Most doors are made to an exact size, cut to fit a doorway that already exists — then finished off with a separate frame around it. This concept turns that around. The door is fully custom, and it meets the wall directly, without a frame, for a clean and continuous look.

    HOW IT'S MADE

    The door is cut by a CNC machine — a computer-controlled tool that shapes wood with high precision. Each door comes from a single standard sheet of plywood, so almost no material goes to waste. The same machine can also carve fine patterns straight into the door's surface.

    HOW IT'S BUILT

    The door is made of three layers of plywood, glued and pressed together. Two of these layers are cut slightly smaller than the third. That creates a hidden step around the edge of the door — like a lip — which lets it sit neatly against the wall without a separate frame.

    HOW IT'S INSTALLED

    Instead of fixing a frame to the wall and hanging the door on it, the door is mounted straight onto the wall. The hidden step does the job a frame would normally do: it lines the door up correctly and holds it in place, while staying almost invisible.

    HOW IT LOOKS

    With no visible frame, the door and the wall appear to merge into one continuous surface. Any pattern carved into the door becomes part of that surface, rather than sitting on top of it. It works equally well in a home or a workplace.

    HOW IT CAN BE PERSONALISED

    Every door can carry its own carved artwork, pattern, texture, logo or design. Finishes range from natural stains to painted colour. Even though every door can look completely different, they are all made the same efficient way — from the same sheet of plywood, on the same machine.
